Peach & Tomato Salad Recipe - Example
A delightful summer peach & tomato salad recipe with burrata.
Ingredients
Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
Salad
- 2 ripe Peaches sliced
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes sliced into halves
- Small handful basil leaves
- 150 g burrate
- fresh bread
Instructions
- Layer slices of peach, tomato and basil leaves on a servince plate
- Tear the buratta and place pieces over the tomatoes and peaches on the salad
- Drizzle over the dressing
- Serve on. fresh crusty bread.
the burrata can be added whole
