Ingredients
  

Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano

Salad

  • 2 ripe Peaches sliced
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes sliced into halves
  • Small handful basil leaves
  • 150 g burrate
  • fresh bread

Instructions
 

  • Layer slices of peach, tomato and basil leaves on a servince plate
  • Tear the buratta and place pieces over the tomatoes and peaches on the salad
    • the burrata can be added whole
  • Drizzle over the dressing
  • Serve on. fresh crusty bread.
